Aevum ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Aevum mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

• Voice recordings during AI conversations (processed in real-time, not stored on our servers)
• Text input during AI chat sessions
• Purchase and subscription information (processed by Apple/Google)

Information collected automatically:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage analytics (screens visited, features used)
• Crash reports and performance data
• Subscription status

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered historical dialogues and educational content
• To process voice input for speech-to-text conversion
• To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To send local push notifications (daily rewards, achievements)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

4. Data Storage and Security

• Voice recordings are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
• AI conversation history is stored locally on your device only.
• Downloaded epoch content (images, videos) is cached locally on your device.
• We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Children's Privacy

Aevum is an educational app suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation or personal data to function. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete locally stored data by uninstalling the App
• Opt out of analytics via your device settings
• Cancel your subscription at any time through Apple/Google
• Request information about data we process

7. Push Notifications

Aevum uses local push notifications only (daily rewards, return reminders, achievements). We do not use remote push notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
